1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:
- Unworn, unused items in original condition
- Products with all tags and packaging intact
- Items accompanied by proof of purchase
Final sale items (marked “non-returnable”) are excluded.

Step 2: Pack items securely in original packaging
Step 3: Attach the prepaid return label (UK orders)
Step 4: Drop off at any Royal Mail Post Office
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 working days after we receive your return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
4. International Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund amounts exclude original shipping fees and customs duties
- Use a tracked shipping method for protection
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective product:
- Contact us within 7 days via jewelspecialists.com/contact
- Provide photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a free return and replacement/refund
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made or engraved jewellery
- Items purchased during clearance sales

We currently offer exchanges by:

- No deductions for original shipping

10. Holiday Returns
Extended return window for gifts:
