1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Unworn, unused items in original condition
  • Products with all tags and packaging intact
  • Items accompanied by proof of purchase

Final sale items (marked “non-returnable”) are excluded.

2. How to Return

Step 2: Pack items securely in original packaging
Step 3: Attach the prepaid return label (UK orders)
Step 4: Drop off at any Royal Mail Post Office

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 working days after we receive your return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

4. International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund amounts exclude original shipping fees and customs duties
  • Use a tracked shipping method for protection

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days via jewelspecialists.com/contact
  2. Provide photos of the damage
  3. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement/refund

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-made or engraved jewellery
  • Items purchased during clearance sales

We currently offer exchanges by:

  1. Returning your original item

10. Holiday Returns

Extended return window for gifts:

  • Purchases made between 1 Nov – 24 Dec can be returned until 31 Jan
